Role: Clinical Lead

Location: Greater Manchester

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday with 1 to 2 Saturdays a month with time off in lieu during the week.

Salary: £55,000 per annum

Our client is looking for an experienced Clinical Lead or Senior Nurse from a cosmetic or surgical background. Confident in minor ops, patient care and team leadership.

As the Clinical Lead, you’ll be responsible for:

● Leading and supervising the nursing team across all clinical activity

● Maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and care in line with CQC requirements

● Supporting surgeons during minor surgical procedures

● Managing stock of all clinical supplies and surgical instruments

● Overseeing pre-assessments, admissions, and post-op recovery, including wound care and suture removal

● Supporting CQC compliance, audits, and training frameworks (training provided if required)

● Managing staff rotas and clinical diaries in line with surgeon schedules and theatre demand.

Theatre experience is highly desirable.
