Salary: 53,755 - 56,454 dependent on experience Are you the Clinical Quality Lead the organisation are looking for? Do you have the passion, talent, skills and experience that can make it all add up for the people they support? Are you an experienced Nurse with knowledge and skills in Clinical governance and improving the quality of care? The Role Aim of this role is to lead, support and establish a clinical governance framework across the organisation, across services, within which the systems and processes to support Clinical Governance are implemented and developed. The Clinical Quality Lead will be responsible for leading, overseeing, evaluating and developing clinical practice across the organisation. The Clinical Quality Lead will support with the development and review of policies. The role will involve leading clinical audits and clinical quality improvement plans and in ensuring that NICE and other clinical guidance and alerts are distributed across the organisation. First level registration Adult Nurse (Registered with NMC (Nursing and Midwifery)) Diploma or Degree in Nursing Evidence of revalidation and of continuous professional development At least 4 years clinical experience in clinical practice
