A hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced DevOps professional to guide a team driving automation, scalability, and high performance across cloud infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers managing cloud infrastructure and automation
• Oversee DevOps workflows, deployment pipelines, and infrastructure as code (IaC)
• Collaborate with architecture, operations, and product teams to streamline delivery
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize performance and cost-efficiency
• Champion modern practices such as GitOps, containerization, and cloud-native tooling
• Stay on top of trends and drive innovation in tools and practices

What You’ll Bring

• Strong hands-on experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi)
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), Linux/Unix, and container ecosystems (Kubernetes, Docker)
• Experience with CI/CD, GitOps (ArgoCD/FluxCD), and observability tools (Prometheus, ELK, OpenTelemetry)
• Skilled in at least one programming or scripting language (Python, Java, Bash, etc.)
• Networking and security fundamentals, including protocols and best practices
• Agile mindset with experience working cross-functionally on multiple projects
• Passion for mentoring and continuous learning
• Relevant certifications are a plus
