Monitor daily pick-up, demand patterns, and market trends to optimise pricing and inventory. Prepare and analyse business performance reports, highlighting risks and opportunities. Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and strategy reviews with key stakeholders. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams to drive RevPAR and GOP growth. Ensure systems (PMS, CRS, OTA extranets) are optimised and data integrity is maintained. Load & maintain accurate rates and inventory to promote rate parity and implement effective strategies and restrictions What You Bring: Previous experience in revenue, reservations, or hotel analytics. Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficient in Excel, RMS tools, and hotel systems (Opera Cloud/IDeaS/STR knowledge beneficial). Commercially driven with a problem-solving mindset. Confident communicator, able to present data and insights clearly.
