Cluster Social Media Executive

The Cluster Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing and growing the social media presence of Chelsea Harbour and Baileys hotels, including associated F&B outlets. This role will deliver engaging, on-brand content across platforms, execute campaigns, and lead community engagement efforts to support brand visibility, guest engagement, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
•Oversee daily operations of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts for the Hotels.
•Develop and manage monthly content calendars in line with marketing campaigns and hotel activities.
•Ensure consistent brand voice, visual standards, and storytelling across all channels.
Content Creation & Publishing
•Capture, edit, and publish high-quality short-form video and photography on-site.
•Write captions and create graphics using tools such as Canva to support organic and paid campaigns.
•Provide live event coverage on social platforms where relevant.
Community Engagement
•Monitor social media inboxes, comments, and tags; respond in a timely and professional manner.
•Act as the digital voice of the hotels, maintaining a strong brand tone and hospitality-first approach.
Campaign Support & Collaboration
•Support marketing initiatives including F&B promotions, room offers, events, and recruitment campaigns.
•Liaise with in-house and freelance creative teams, on-property departments, and third-party partners.
Influencer & Partnership Coordination
•Identify, coordinate, and evaluate collaborations with influencers and content creators, in alignment with brand goals.
Reporting & Analytics
•Track social media metrics weekly and monthly (reach, engagement, growth, CTR, etc.).
•Produce reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Trend & Competitor Monitoring
•Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm updates, and competitor activity.
•Apply relevant trends to strengthen content relevance and increase organic visibility.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
•Minimum 1 year experience in a social media or digital marketing role.
•Proficient in managing Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
•Strong content creation skills - especially short-form video and mobile-first storytelling.
•Proficient in Canva and scheduling tools (e.g. Later, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
•Excellent written English and copywriting skills.
Desirable:
•Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or F&B-related brands.
•Basic photo/video editing software experience (e.g. CapCut, InShot, Adobe Express).
•Familiarity with paid social advertising and reporting tools.

Role Requirements
