Key Responsibilities of the CNC Grinder: Reading blueprints, process sheets, and sketches to determine machining requirements Setting up and operating multi-axis CNC grinding and milling equipment Selecting tooling, calculating feeds & speeds, and machining a variety of metals including steel, copper, brass, aluminium, and bronze Downloading, editing, or writing CNC programs as needed Performing quality inspections using precision instruments and gauging devices Applying lean manufacturing principles to reduce setup times and improve throughput Cleaning, finishing, and preparing components for shipment, including oiling, wrapping, and boxing Ensuring all components meet exacting specifications Whats on Offer?
