Shift Pattern

• Days: Monday – Thursday 7:00am – 4:30pm, Friday 8:00am – 2:30pm

• Nights: Monday – Friday 8:00pm – 6:00am

An established manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Laser Operator to join their production team. This is a long-term opportunity offering stable hours, regular overtime, and strong employee benefits.

• Set up and operate Bystronic and Amada fibre laser machines

• Ensure consistently high cut quality and accuracy

• Work efficiently to meet production targets

• Maintain excellent housekeeping and adhere to health & safety standards

• Support continuous improvement within the department

• Work independently and as part of a wider production team

• Proven experience operating Bystronic / Amada fibre lasers (essential)

• Ability to set machines independently

• Flexible to work rotating day and night shifts

• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset

• Knowledge of working with different steels (advantageous)

• Forklift licence (desirable)

• Reliable, proactive and team-orientated

• £14.00 – £16.00 per hour, negotiable depending on experience

• 40 hours per week plus regular overtime
