Hours: Monday to Thursday 17:00 - 04:00 We are seeking for a CNC machine assistant to join one of our clients manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and some experience with CNC machinery. Responsibilities Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications. Assemble components using logic controllers and tooling as required. Perform regular maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance. Conduct quality checks on finished products, utilising basic maths for measurements and calculations. Collaborate with team members in the warehouse to manage inventory and materials effectively. Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic repairs as necessary. Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Training Provided Requirements Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex machinery Familiarity with tooling and assembly processes related to CNC operations. Basic maths skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
