SETTER/OPERATOR

FULL TIME Permanent after statutory probationary period Operators wanted across all three of our current shifts

Full Training Given Days Mon-Thurs 8am-6pm £12.58ph - £15.29ph depending on experience Nights Mon-Thurs 8pm-8am £15.57ph - £19.04ph depending on experience Weekends Fri-Sun 8am-8pm £15.57ph - £19.04ph depending on experience Setters must have previous experience with Fanuc controlled CNC Machining centres and/or Lathes, they are required to swap multiple machines over from one job to the next using pre-approved programs but working to our customer-controlled standards. To do this they must be able to do the following. -Change work holding

jigs/jaws/fixtures. -Change workshifts to suit new work holding/part length -Reference tool lengths -Carefully prove out pre-approved programs to avoid machine collisions -Make alterations needed to ensure the product is produced to customer specification within their tolerances by using our standard and bespoke gauges and measuring equipment -Problem solve machining issues -Involved in training lower skilled operators Rates of payare dependent on skill andexperience TPBN1_UKTJ
