Chippenham We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced
CNC Machinist
to join a state-of-the-art manufacturing company with a strong order book and a reputation for quality. This is a chance to work on a wide variety of precision-engineered products to exacting standards and tolerances. The CNC Machinist Role: As a CNC Setter / Operator (Milling and Turning), you will: Set and operate CNC milling and turning machines in a busy machine shop environment. Ideally have programming experience (Mazak experience would be an advantage, but other CNC programming backgrounds will be considered). Work to fine tolerances and interpret engineering drawings accurately. Use precision measurement equipment to ensure quality standards are met. What Were Looking For: Apprentice-trained or time-served machinist with proven CNC experience. Strong understanding of machining processes and ability to work independently. Methodical approach and attention to detail. Experience in programming is desirable but not essential training can be provided for the right candidate.
