controls Create, edit, and optimise CNC programs to meet production requirements Select suitable tooling, fixtures, and cutting parameters Carry out first-off inspections and ensure all work meets tight tolerances Diagnose machining issues and implement process improvements Work collaboratively with engineering, quality, and production teams Maintain a safe, organised, and compliant work environment Requirements Proven experience as a CNC Miller with strong programming ability Excellent understanding of machining principles, materials, and tooling Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Competence in using precision measuring equipment High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and meet production targets Desirable Skills Experience with

4-axis or 5-axis
