This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit machine shop of around six skilled engineers, where quality, precision and craftsmanship are central to everything they produce. The company operates within a sub-contract precision engineering environment, manufacturing high-precision components across a variety of industries. Their work focuses on producing complex parts to exacting standards and tight tolerances, with quality and reliability at the core of their manufacturing processes. The Role As a CNC Miller, you will be responsible for programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines, working on a range of precision components from drawings and CAD data. You will be working predominantly on 3-axis to 5-axis CNC milling machines with Heidenhain controls, producing low to medium batch work typical of a sub-contract machining environment. This is a hands-on role within a small team, where individuals take ownership of their work and contribute to maintaining high standards of machining and quality.
