Schedule: Day Shift About the Role Work Lyf Group are seeking a skilled CNC Milling Machinist on behalf of our client in the Newcastle-under-Lyme area. The ideal candidate will be experienced in programming, setting, and operating 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining centres , with confidence using multiple control systems. Key Responsibilities Program, set, and operate CNC milling machines. Set machines for both existing production jobs and new job setups. Work with Heidenhain, Siemens, Mazatrol, and Fanuc controls. Read and interpret technical engineering drawings. Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality. Support continuous improvement within the machining process. Desirable Skills & Experience Proven CNC Milling Machinist experience. Knowledge of 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining centres. Experience with Heidenhain, Siemens, Mazatrol, and Fanuc. Offline programming/CADCAM skills (advantageous). Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and within a team.
