CNC Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced CNC Milling Machinist to join an established, family-run precision engineering company. This role would suit a skilled individual with a strong background in programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines. Location:

Flexible working hours between 7:00am and 5:00pm Salary:

Up to £25 per hour Key Responsibilities Program, set, and operate 3-axis and 4-axis CNC milling machines Work with Heidenhain controls Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications Produce high-quality precision components to tight tolerances Maintain a high standard of accuracy, quality, and efficiency Candidate Requirements Proven experience in programming, setting, and operating CNC mills Experience with 3-axis and 4-axis machines Strong knowledge of Heidenhain controls (essential) Ability to work from engineering drawings High attention to detail and commitment to quality Benefits Full-time position based on a 38-hour working week Opportunity for pay increases based on performance Overtime available at an enhanced rate 24 days paid holiday per year, plus bank holidays Annual shutdown between Christmas and New Year Workplace pension scheme Generous annual bonus scheme based on company profits (after completion of one full financial year of employment)
