Permanent from day 1! CNC Press Brake (Amada / Bystronic): We are seeking a skilled and adaptable CNC Press Brake Setter/Operator with experience using Amada and/or Bystronic press brakes. The role involves producing high-quality metal components to specification and supporting other machinery and tasks as needed across the fabrication department. The ideal candidate will also show a willingness to learn other production lines and have experience or familiarity with overhead crane operation. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate Amada and Bystronic CNC press brakes to form sheet metal components accurately and efficiently. Install tooling, load programs, and make necessary machine adjustments for optimal part quality. Read and work from engineering drawings and job sheets. Conduct first-off and in-process inspections using measuring tools such as verniers, callipers, and angle finders. Maintain machines and tools to ensure safe and efficient operation. Multi-Skilled Support : Operate additional fabrication machinery as required, including guillotines, punch presses, pillar drills, and manual press brakes.
