In this role, you'll enjoy full ownership of your work, taking projects from drawing through to final manufacture. This role would suit a CNC Programmer with Turning experience who is looking for a stable, long-term opportunity within a supportive and well-established business, offering hands-on training, career progression, and an excellent work-life balance through a 4-on / 4-off shift pattern (four 10.5-hour shifts followed by four days off).
The Role
Independently set, program and operate CNC Turning machines
Interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications
Carry out machine maintenance and fault finding where required
The Person
Experienced in programming CNC Turning machines
Able to set, operate and run CNC lathes independently
Based locally to Atherstone or willing to commute
