CNC Miller - Day Shift | Redditch | Permanent Position

We are currently working with a well-established precision engineering firm based in Redditch that is looking to expand its day shift team with the addition of a skilled CNC Miller.

Key Responsibilities:

Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines (vertical and horizontal) Working with Fanuc controls Creating and editing programs using Esprit CADCAM or similar software Maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency throughout the production process

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Proficient in Esprit CADCAM or equivalent software Strong understanding of Fanuc programming language Demonstrated experience in programming, setting, and operating CNC machines Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
