Full-Time | Permanent Position (May be subject to an initial probationary period on a Temporary basis)
We’re looking for a capable and experienced CNC Programmer/Setter to join our client's team on a permanent basis. The role may be subject to an initial probationary period on a Temporary basis.

This is a hands-on role working with a mill, lathe and mill turn with Fanuc control CNC machines.
This role requires someone confident working independently, capable of programming and setting up their own tooling and fixtures.
Experience is essential.
Equipment you will use:
- Mill 3 access Fanuc HMI Control
- Lathe(2 access)
- Mill turn(3 access) both Fanuc J Control (advantage)

Responsibilities:
- Programming and setting all the CNC machines.
- Maintaining tools and inserts, monitor stock levels, and recommend new tooling
- Carrying out basic machine maintenance
- Working independently to meet production needs
What We’re Looking For:
Strong experience with Fanuc-controlled CNC machining
Good problem-solving and planning skills
Ability to read technical drawings and work to tolerance
Hours & Benefits:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm (30min unpaid break)
£16-£20 per hour - depending on experience
