Manufacturing parts from billets, fabrications, castings, and forgings Machine Setup and Operation:

Setting, programming, and operating CNC lathes and vertical boring machines CNC Programming:

Editing and proving programs using Fanuc CNC and Manual Guide i controls Quality Inspection:

Measuring components using manual measuring equipment to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish Drawing Interpretation:

Reading and working from engineering drawings and specifications One-Off And Small Batch Work:

Setting machines for bespoke and low-volume jobs Machine Care:

Maintaining machines and keeping the work area clean and organised Health And Safety Compliance:
