CNC Turner Programmer Location: Birmingham Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30 / Friday: 07:30 - 12:30

Overview: We're working with a well-established and highly regarded engineering business that is actively seeking a skilled CNC Turner. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced machinist to join a professional team within a modern, clean, and well-run facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Programming, setting, and operating CNC turning machines. Working with Mazatrol, Siemens, and G-code control systems. Interpreting and working from detailed engineering drawings. Setting tools, understanding cutting speeds and feeds, and carrying out boring, drilling, and threading operations. Ensuring high levels of accuracy and consistency while working to tight tolerances. Confident use of inspection and measurement equipment including verniers, bore gauges, micrometres, etc Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised work environment. What We're Looking For:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC programming. Mazatrol, Siemens, and G-code programming experience Solid background in CNC turning operations. Preferably experience with CAD/CAM systems.
