CNC Turner – Fanuc Control – Medium-Sized Engineering Firm Experienced CNC Turner required for a permanent role with a medium-sized engineering firm. Our client is seeking a skilled CNC Turner to join their team. Key Responsibilities – CNC Turner * Program, set, and operate CNC turning machines using Fanuc controls * Follow offline programming, tooling sheets, and machining instructions * Download CNC programs and save proven files once parts are inspected * Operate manual machining centres where applicable * Maintain high standards of housekeeping and minimise waste * Read, interpret, and work from engineering drawings accurately * Change tool inserts and adjust offsets to meet drawing specifications and tolerances * Monitor quality and productivity, supporting continuous improvement initiatives * Follow written instructions, safe working practices, and maintain a tidy work area * Report any quality, safety, or machine issues to your supervisor or line manager Candidate Requirements * Minimum 4 years’ experience on CNC turning machines * Proficient in Fanuc control systems * Able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings * High levels of concentration and focus to meet production targets and deadlines * Reliable, proactive, and quality-focused Hours & Pay * Monday – Thursday: 6:00am – 3:00pm * 36 hours per week How to Apply To apply for this CNC Turner role, please submit your CV in Word format highlighting your CNC turning experience and proficiency with Fanuc controls
