The role:

You will set and operate CNC lathes to tight tolerances, working closely with the Milling and Turning teams to deliver exceptional safety, quality, and on-time delivery. The role includes setting and operating CNC Lathes. Key Responsibilities:

Set and operate two-axis CNC lathes to customer specifications Work with Planning, Quality, and other teams on repeat and NPI work Maintain tight tolerances Uphold 6S standards on the shop floor Take part in Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives Problem-solve when setting and have a basic understanding of programming/code reading What we are looking for:
