The Role(Part-Time): We are seeking a professional, polished, and passionate Cocktail Bartender to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have will have at least 1 years of experience in a high-end restaurant a strong understanding of mixology, a genuine love for Japanese cuisine, and the ability to provide warm, attentive, and seamless service. Key Responsibilities: Mixing and serving various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic and innovative cocktails .
Taking orders, making recommendations, and providing a positive and engaging experience for patrons
Maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar, managing inventory, and ordering supplies
Processing payments, balancing cash receipts, and handling customer transactions.
Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team.
Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and grace.
What Were Looking For: Previous experience in a high-end restaurant and cocktail bar
Understanding of different ingredients, flavor profiles, and techniques for crafting cocktails.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to handle a variety of personalities and situations
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for hospitality and fine dining.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
