you may also be eligible for an annual incentive. The BAE Systems INTeACT team: BAE Systems INTeACT is large team (70+) people working on the development of a replacement to the CMS-1 Combat System. This is a large undertaking that will run across an 8-year programme to modernise the system that runs on multiple Royal Navy platforms, to introduce new ways of working and to enable the faster delivery and enhancement of software in a demanding world. This role will provide technical support to the design and implementation of a Combat Systems, to impart an understanding of what good looks like and to help shape new and novel ways of improving the solution.
