Commercial Account Executive

We are actively looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. Our local Commercial team has grown rapidly over the last 14 years, now comprising over 200 people across the UK.
In this role, you will build rapport with new and existing clients, ranging from sole traders to MDs/CEOs of large organizations, working closely with the Branch Manager to achieve objectives.
About you:
- You will have experience winning new business and building long-lasting relationships with B2B clients.
- You must have a passion for developing business through marketing, community engagement, networking, and client meetings. The stronger our presence in the market, the more successful you will be.
- You will be tenacious and curious about business, enabling you to identify and explore new opportunities for the best client outcomes.
- You are willing to learn, as every day will be different. This role offers a great opportunity to progress your career as a Commercial Account Executive and further your professional qualifications.
- You are consultative, able to question effectively, active listener, and capable of fully understanding client requirements to advise on suitable products and solutions—always seeking a 'path to yes'.
