We are actively seeking a Commercial Account Executive to join our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. Our team has grown rapidly over the last 14 years, now comprising over 200 professionals across the UK. In this role, you will build rapport with new and existing clients, ranging from sole traders to MDs/CEOs of large organizations, working closely with the Branch Manager to meet objectives.

About you:

• Experience in winning new business and establishing long-lasting relationships with B2B clients.
• Passion for developing business through marketing, community engagement, networking, and client meetings.
• Tenacious with a business curiosity to identify and explore new opportunities for optimal client outcomes.
• Willingness to learn and adapt, viewing this as an opportunity for career progression and professional development.
• Consultative approach with strong questioning and active listening skills to understand client needs and advise on suitable products and solutions.
