More about the role
We're Places Leisure, driven by our purpose of “Changing lives. Saving lives.” We're looking for a Commercial Delivery Manager to help turn our biggest commercial priorities into clear, well-governed plans that land on time and deliver measurable results.
In this role you'll take ownership of delivering key commercial initiatives end to end—bringing structure, pace and clarity to complex work. You'll set up and run the right governance (plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, actions and decisions) so everyone knows what's happening and what's needed next. Working closely with Finance, Product, Marketing, Operations, Digital and Customer Experience, you'll keep delivery aligned, realistic and customer-focused, while supporting strong business cases, defining what success looks like, and tracking benefits after launch. You'll also help us strengthen and centralise our commercial approach by building and improving delivery standards, templates and ways of working.
Essential criteria
Experience in commercial delivery, change, programme or PMO roles, with accountability for end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives.
A project/programme/change delivery qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, Lean) or equivalent hands-on experience at the same level.
Confidence turning strategy into practical delivery plans (milestones, dependencies, risks and implementation activity).
Strong governance and delivery assurance skills (risks, issues, dependencies, actions and reporting).
Proven stakeholder management across multiple functions, with clear and structured communication.
Highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable juggling multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment.
Commercial awareness, with experience linking delivery activity to business cases and financial outcomes.
More About you
If you're someone who naturally brings structure to busy, cross-functional work and stays calm when priorities shift. You're confident building plans, asking the right questions, and keeping people aligned—while still paying attention to the detail that makes delivery successful. You enjoy turning ideas into action, and you care about outcomes, not just outputs we'd love to hear from you.
