Backed by a leading mid-market PE fund since 2022, the company is scaling rapidly through platform innovation, strategic acquisitions, and new market entry. As Global Commercial Finance Director , you’ll join the senior leadership team and be a key strategic partner to the CEO, CFO, and investors. You'll play a critical role in shaping financial strategy, enhancing commercial performance, and supporting long-term value creation. Influence the commercial direction of a scaling SaaS/data business with global ambition Partner directly with senior leadership and PE sponsors on key value creation initiatives Join a business with strong product-market fit, high customer retention, and recurring revenue growth Share in long-term upside through a meaningful equity package Key Responsibilities Own commercial finance strategy, planning, and performance insight across products, regions, and customer segments Drive SaaS metrics insight – including ARR, churn, LTV/CAC, NRR – and support data-led growth decisions Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes to inform strategic direction Build robust financial models to evaluate market expansion, pricing strategy, and product roadmap impact Deliver clear, actionable reporting and board-level analysis to internal stakeholders and PE investors Implement improved reporting systems, BI tools (e.g. Power BI), and scalable finance infrastructure Build and lead a high-performing commercial finance and FP&A team to support scale Support exit readiness by preparing investor materials, refining KPIs, and strengthening finance processes for due diligence and future transaction events Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a background in commercial finance, transaction services, or FP&A Strong experience in SaaS, tech, or data businesses, or a business with a subscription-based model and recurring revenue focus Proven success in PE-backed environments, partnering closely with C-suite and investors Nice to have: Advanced modelling and commercial analytics capability, including pricing and ROI analysis Exposure to M&A, post-deal integration, and preparing a business for exit is highly desirable A hands-on, high-impact leader who thrives in dynamic, high-growth settings This is a standout opportunity to shape the commercial and financial performance of a fast-growing business.
