This is a truly commercial finance role where you will act as a key business partner to the Commercial team, using data-led insight to influence decision-making and drive financial performance across assigned customers and categories. Youll play an integral role in shaping strategy, improving processes and supporting sustainable growth.

Partner closely with Commercial, Sales and Marketing teams to provide financial insight, challenge assumptions and support decision-making Lead financial analysis for forecasting, budgeting and performance reviews, including sales, margin and volume movements Support customer tenders, pricing decisions and commercial negotiations through robust financial modelling Identify and explain key drivers of performance, including cost recovery, price changes and product mix Lead, coach and develop members of the category finance team while driving continuous process improvement The Ideal Candidate

Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA or CIMA) with commercial finance experience, ideally within FMCG, retail or a similar environment Strong business partnering skills with the confidence to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels Highly analytical, with experience handling large datasets and translating data into clear, actionable insight Advanced Excel capability, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs and SUMIFS A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes We also want you to thrive in an engaging and inclusive work culture where you will have the opportunity to take on personal accountability and take pride in your work.
