Reporting directly to the Commercial Finance Director, the Commercial Finance Manager will act as a lead business partner to the operations leadership team, providing insight and challenge to support financial performance and strategic decision-making. The role requires someone who combines strong analytical ability with excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in understanding how the business operates at every level. This is an incredibly commercial role, and will suit someone who enjoys building relationships, and has previous exposure to partnering with senior head office profiles.ResponsibilitiesAct as the lead finance partner for strategic growth and transformation projects, including major operational and product development initiatives.Provide financial leadership and insight to support nationwide operations.Deliver financial support and challenge to multiple senior business leaders across different departments.Lead a team responsible for month-end reporting and delivery of management accounts.Develop and enhance reporting tools and analysis to respond to evolving business needs and drive better decision-making.Drive continuous improvement across financial and operational processes, simplifying workflows and enhancing efficiency.Build strong, collaborative relationships across all areas of the business.About YouFully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACA / ACCA) with at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience.Experience in a multi-site retail, consumer, or hospitality environment – ESSENTIAL.Excellent communication and influencing skills; able to simplify complex financial information for non-financial stakeholders.Naturally curious, commercially minded, and able to translate data into meaningful business insight.A team-oriented problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative environment.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities acrossSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionFinanceIndustriesHospitality and Food and Beverage Services
