A market leading and acquisitive business based in South Kent are looking to recruit a  Commercial Financial Controller . This is a high-impact role that covers all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and commercial support. You’ll be responsible for driving financial insight, ensuring robust planning and forecasting, and partnering with cross-functional teams to evaluate business opportunities, risks, and key performance drivers. Key Responsibilities: Deliver insightful financial analysis to guide executive and commercial teams. Oversee monthly reporting including management accounts, board presentations, and departmental analysis. Own the annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes across the UK domestic division. Partner with Sales and Marketing to analyse campaign effectiveness, forecast sales, and manage accruals. Lead financial evaluation of new product developments and go-to-market propositions. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across Finance and IT. About You: Qualified accountant with a strong FP&A and commercial finance background.
