Bristol / M4 & M5 Corridor (Field-based)

Salary:

Up to £51,166 per annum (DOE) +

The Role

As a key member of our Gas Maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing top-tier service to our high-profile retail and supermarket clients. You won't just be a "number"you'll be the face of Arcus on-site. Key Responsibilities: Delivering planned and preventative gas maintenance (PPM).

Fault finding and reactive repairs to ensure client sites remain operational.

Managing your workload via a real-time digital system, ensuring tasks are completed within set service level agreements (SLAs).

Maintaining a professional image and ensuring your company vehicle is kept in excellent condition.

Reporting technical issueswe don't expect you to be an expert in everything; if a job needs a specialist, youll have the autonomy to call it in.

About You

You are a customer-focused engineer who enjoys working autonomously. You can handle a demanding workload with a calm, professional approach and possess excellent communication skills. Essential Requirements: Qualifications:

Recognised Commercial Gas qualification and

Gas Safe certification

(both essential).

Technical Knowledge:

Strong HVAC knowledge and an understanding of commercial M&E service technologies.

Experience:

A proven track record within Facilities Management or Construction, ideally working on high-profile retail contracts.

License:

A full UK driving licence is required.

Flexibility:

Comfortable with a 45-hour working week and a

1-in-4 on-call

rota.
