Commercial Gas Engineer – Mayfair (3-mile radius)\n Salary: £48,000 – £55,000 per annum\n Package: Company van + fuel/charge card\n Call outs: 1 in 4 rota\n Standby: £150 standby fee + minimum 4 hours paid\n Overtime: 1.5x & 2x rates\n\nThe Role\n We’re recruiting for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a leading FM service provider, supporting high-end commercial properties in and around Mayfair. You’ll work within a tight 3-mile radius, responding to PPM and reactive maintenance across prestigious commercial sites, luxury offices, retail, and hospitality venues.\n\nDuties include:\n\nPPM and reactive works on commercial boilers and heating systems\n\nFault finding, repairs and replacement of parts/components\n\nMinor plumbing works when required\n\nCompletion of gas safety certification and compliance documentation\n\nWorking collaboratively with helpdesk & clients to deliver excellent service\n\nParticipation on a 1-in-4 call-out rota\n\nRequirements:\n\nCommercial Gas ACS qualifications (COCN1/CCN1 + relevant modules)\n\nExperience working on commercial heating systems\n\nStrong diagnosis and fault-finding skills\n\nFull UK driving licence\n\nRight to work in the UK\n\nPackage/Benefits:\n\n£48,000–£55,000 base salary\n\nCompany van + fuel/charge card\n\n25 days holiday + bank holidays (or client equivalent)\n\n1 in 4 call outs\n\n£150 standby fee + minimum 4 hours paid\n\nEnhanced overtime rates: x1.5 & x2\n\nTraining & development opportunities
