Qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE in commercial law. Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating MSAs, NDAs, SaaS agreements, and service contracts. Ability to provide clear, business-focused advice independently. Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Advise on complex commercial agreements, including technology and SaaS contracts. Support procurement, vendor negotiations, and risk management. Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations. Deliver pragmatic, commercially focused solutions.
