Commercial Litigation Solicitor - Senior Associate to Partner

This is a newly created opportunity for a client focused and experienced litigator seeking a well regarded and friendly practice. The firm is highly ranked in the Legal 500.


In this varied role you will work across a variety of high-value and complex commercial litigation cases, predominantly in the higher courts, including:

  • Contract disputes
  • Corporate disputes
  • Insolvency
  • Insurance
  • Professional negligence
  • Procurement


Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and effectively supporting a breadth of cases
  • Preparing for trials, including upcoming week-long and multi-week trials
  • Delivering high-quality legal advice
  • Supporting and developing more junior team members


Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience of supporting complex and varied litigation
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a proven track record of developing/maintaining client relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
