About this Commercial Litigation Solicitor/Partner opportunity:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor at Partner level to join our client’s thriving litigation team based in London. You will be leading the Commercial Litigation team, supporting a team of Commercial Litigators who have a wide range of experience as well as a similar number of support staff and so experience of this is a requirement.

Commercial Litigation Solicitor/Partner fee earning experience to include:
Commercial and company disputes
Insolvency matters
Professional Negligence claims
Injunctions
Shareholder and partnership disputes
Breach of trust claimsQualifications and Requirements for this Commercial Litigation Solicitor/Partner opportunity:
Qualified in the UK as a Solicitor of England and Wales with 12 - 15 solid years PQE within the field of Commercial Litigation and coming from a small to mid-sized law firm
Longevity within their current role is essential
