Key Responsibilities Responding to reactive maintenance tasks on commercial properties Completing plumbing repairs, replacements, and general maintenance Diagnosing faults and providing effective solutions Maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism Ensuring work is completed safely and in line with compliance requirements Completing job reports and documentation accurately

Requirements Minimum NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing Experience in commercial property maintenance (preferred) Full UK driving licence Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Good communication and time-management skills
