Commercial Manager - Office Fit Out\n\nLondon | £65,000 - £85,000 + Package\n\nA leading commercial interiors and fit-out contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to take full ownership of the commercial delivery across a portfolio of CAT A & CAT B office fit-out projects in London.\n\nThis is a senior opportunity for a commercially astute professional who can lead QS teams, protect margins, and support the business at both project and strategic level.\n\nThe Role\n\nOverall responsibility for the commercial performance of multiple commercial fit-out projects\n\nLead, mentor and develop QS and Assistant QS team members\n\nManage procurement strategy across key subcontract packages including drylining, ceilings, partitions, finishes and MEP interfaces\n\nOversee valuations, variations, change control and final accounts\n\nProduce and review CVRs, forecasts and commercial reports\n\nLead commercial negotiations with clients and supply chain\n\nManage commercial risk, value engineering and margin protection\n\nSupport pre-construction and tender reviews where required\n\nEnsure contractual compliance across projects (JCT)\n\nWork closely with Directors, Project Managers and site teams\n\nAbout You\n\nProven experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor within commercial fit-out / interiors\n\nStrong background delivering CAT A & CAT B office fit-out projects\n\nConfident managing subcontractor-heavy interiors packages\n\nExcellent understanding of JCT contracts\n\nExperience leading and developing commercial teams\n\nCommercially driven with strong stakeholder management skills\n\nWhat's on Offer\n\nSalary: £65,000 - £85,000 (dependent on experience)\n\nAttractive package and long-term opportunity\n\nHigh -profile London commercial fit-out projects\n\nClear senior leadership role with influence and progression\n\nEden Brown is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer
