- Oversee the clay shooting operation as a core part of the offer, working closely with experienced instructors and operational teams
- Lead, motivate and develop a multi-disciplinary team across operations, hospitality, retail and front-of-house service
- Take ownership of commercial performance, including budgets, pricing, margins and overall P&L delivery
- Play a leading role in shaping the estate’s future commercial offer, identifying, planning and delivering new income-generating outdoor leisure activities and experiences
- Assess opportunities, build business cases, oversee launches and embed new ventures into day-to-day operations, with the aim of extending trading beyond traditional peak periods and building a more resilient, year-round business
- Act as a visible on-site presence, building strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, partners and stakeholders
- Work closely with the owners and directors on longer-term commercial planning and the future direction of the estate
About you
You are likely to bring:

- Proven people leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with both operational specialists and customer-facing teams
- Commercial curiosity and energy, with an appetite for developing new ideas and turning them into well-run, profitable ventures
- A practical, flexible approach and willingness to work weekends and peak trading periods as required
Package
- Competitive salary aligned with experience and responsibility
- Potential on-site or local accommodation support
- Role-appropriate benefits and access to estate facilities
