Commercial Manager / Quantity Surveyor – Super Prime Residential

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + Travel Expenses Day Rate; £350 - £400 Start: May 2026 Permanent or Freelance A leading name in the super-prime residential sector, delivering some of London’s most high-end, detail-driven projects are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of the commercial aspects a £5m prime residential project in Regents Park, where you’ll be site-based.

The Role

Manage all financial and contractual elements Lead procurement and subcontractor packages Handle valuations, variations, and final accounts Produce cost reports, forecasts, and cashflow Monitor performance and manage commercial risk About You
