Theyre looking to appoint a Commercial Manager or experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of the commercial function across multiple joinery projects.The RoleYoull take full commercial responsibility across bespoke joinery packages, from pre-contract through to final account, working closely with design, manufacturing, and installation teams to ensure projects are delivered profitably.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the commercial delivery ofbespoke joinery projectsfrom tender through to completionOversee budgets, cost reporting, and forecasting across multiple live projectsLead valuations, variations, and final accounts specific to joinery packagesProcure and manage subcontractors and specialist suppliers (materials, finishes, hardware)Work closely with design and production teams to align cost with technical deliveryIdentify and manage commercial risks across manufacturing and installation phasesSupport pricing, tender reviews, and cost planning for new joinery workMaintain strong client relationships and handle all commercial negotiationsWhat Theyre Looking ForExperience as a Commercial Manager, Senior QS, or strong QS ready to step upProven background withinbespoke joinery or manufacturing-led interiorsStrong understanding of joinery production, materials, and installation processesConfident managing variations, valuations, and final accounts on joinery packagesCommercially astute with strong negotiation skillsAble to manage multiple projects and work autonomouslyJBRP1_UKTJ
