Commercial Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to play a pivotal strategic role within a regulated environment.

As the key commercial link, you will bridge tactical supplier management with the strategic partnerships of the supply chain. You will confidently articulate the critical importance of effective stakeholder management in a regulated setting and clearly explain the fundamental differences between standard post-contract procurement activities and externally funded delivery programmes for third parties.

Key requirements:

Strong understanding of funding arrangements and their commercial implications Proven ability in supporting and evaluating procurements in a commercial environment Expertise in cost management, financial profiling and forecasting Skilled in risk evaluation and mitigation Demonstrable experience of programme and schedule management from a commercial perspective This is a high-impact role for a commercially astute professional who can drive value, manage complexity and influence at all levels.
