The Role As Commercial Manager, you will take full commercial leadership across the division, overseeing multiple projects and supporting senior operational leadership. Key responsibilities include: Leading commercial strategy and contractual governance (NEC & bespoke contracts) Managing and developing Quantity Surveyors and commercial teams Overseeing tender reviews, pricing strategy, and risk mitigation Driving margin protection and commercial performance Managing change control, claims, and dispute resolution where required Acting as a key interface between operational, technical, and executive teams This role requires a commercially astute professional who is confident operating at both project and strategic level. About You Proven experience as a
