Commercial Operations Manager - Fresh Produce

The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role. We're looking for a Commercial Operations Manager with fresh produce / packhouse experience to lead the end-to-end supply chain in a fast-moving environment. You'll take ownership of demand planning, stock management, and logistics , ensuring the right product is packed, planned, and delivered to customers on time while minimising waste and cost. This is a hands-on role working closely with commercial teams, packhouses, suppliers, and logistics partners to keep a short shelf-life supply chain running smoothly. Manage stock across packhouses, production sites, and co-packers

Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics

Ensure strong OTIF delivery performance

Identify and resolve supply chain risks

Lead and develop the Commercial Operations team

What we're looking for 3+ years' experience in fresh produce / chilled FMCG supply chains

Experience working with packhouses or short shelf-life products

Strong forecasting, stock, and logistics management skills

A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
