Commercial Plumber & Heating Engineer Meridian are working with a well-establishedMEPcontractor near Deeside thatare growing a new Mechanical division and have opportunities for an ambitious Commercial Plumbing & Heating Engineer to carry out plumbing installations, heating, renewables, & drainage works.

- £45k p.a range(DoE) Additional overtime may become available (if desired) Immediate start available (subject to successful application process) Company vehicle Supporting vehicle fuel card Focus on local,regionalisedwork with repeat customers in North Wales, Cheshire West, Deeside, and Birkenhead areas Joining a well-established andexperiencedcompany that are now growing a Mechanical division, in a closely-knit team You will become an integral and important part of this new division Career progression and training opportunities (if desired) FullSSPand company pension scheme Requirements for the role: Blue or Gold Plumber/Heating Engineer/Pipefitter CSCScard DBS checked, or willing to take a DBS check Experience of commercial small works & maintenance contracts Experience on domestic projects is not essential but is a bonus Minimum of 5-10 years experience with Mechanical Building Services, ideally with experiencein water regulations, gas systems, renewables and solar thermal equipment Full, clean UK Driving Licence Duties include (but are not exclusive to): Installation of plumbing and heating systemson commercial and light industrial sites, e.g hospitals, universities, education projects, government buildings, schools, railways etc.

Ability to work on mechanical building services, including plumbing, heating, hot & cold water systems, sanitaryware, xbpsjku drainage etc.
