A great opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Associate to join a successful Commercial Property team in Poundbury.
Our client are a well-regarded regional firm with a collaborative culture, strong local presence and a genuine focus on professional development, wellbeing and long-term career growth.
The successful commercial property lawyer can expect to handle a varied caseload including commercial leases, sales and acquisitions, development work (options, conditional contracts, promotion agreements) and growing renewables projects. You'll play a key role in client work and support the wider growth of the department, backed by a friendly and experienced team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a broad range of commercial property matters from start to finish.
Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of property documentation.
Provide clear, practical advice across all areas of commercial property.
Build strong client and professional relationships.
Support business development and networking initiatives.
Mentor junior colleagues.
Agricultural experience is helpful but not essential.
About You
2-5 years' PQE in commercial property.
Proactive, commercially aware and confident managing your own caseload.
Strong communication, relationship-building and business development skills.
Interest in agricultural or rural property work is an advantage.
