Handling commercial leases, wayleaves, land rights agreements, and related contracts. Advising on title, access, planning, and regulatory issues affecting property matters. Working closely with landlords, commercial partners, statutory bodies, and internal teams. Ensuring compliance and supporting efficient delivery of property projects.

Qualifications

Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE. Experience in commercial property. Understanding of planning, land rights, and related regulatory frameworks. Confident drafter and negotiator with strong stakeholder skills. Commercially minded and able to work independently.
