The Role

You’ll be stepping into a varied commercial portfolio covering everything from industrial units to high street retail, offices and mixed‑use assets. Most properties sit within an easy 30‑minute radius, making site visits part of the natural rhythm of the job.

What You'll Do

* Manage a varied portfolio of industrial, office, retail and mixed‑use assets

* Carry out regular site inspections and build strong tenant relationships

* Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors, solicitors and accountants

* Work collaboratively across residential and commercial teams where portfolios overlap

* Communicate clearly and professionally — confident written skills are essential

* Bring structure, organisation and a steady hand to a busy, personable environment

* Someone who enjoys building relationships and taking responsibility
