This opportunity would suit an experienced Solicitor looking to manage a varied Commercial Property caseload while working closely with the Head of Practice in a supportive and well-structured environment. The role
Managing Commercial Property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases and development projects Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, leases and related documentation Conducting due diligence including title checks, searches and compliance reviews Advising on landlord and tenant matters, property finance and development issues Maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and firm policies Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives Supporting the development and mentoring of junior colleagues
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 4 years PQE. Proven experience managing a Commercial Property caseload. Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach. Experience in development, planning or property finance matters would be advantageous.
