Job Description
The Opportunity
We are working with a highly regarded and long-established law firm looking to appoint an Associate Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected practice with a strong client base, offering exposure to a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters. The role provides genuine responsibility, client interaction and the chance to develop your expertise within a supportive and collaborative environment.
You will play a key role in delivering commercially focused legal advice while managing your own caseload and contributing to the continued success of the team.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion Handling acquisitions and disposals of commercial and rural property Advising on agricultural tenancies, including Farm Business Tenancies and Agricultural Holdings Act matters Providing advice on landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals and licences Supporting on more complex transactions and development work where required Building and maintaining strong client relationships Working closely with colleagues across the firm to deliver seamless legal services Contributing to business development initiatives and client growth
About You
Qualified Solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE in commercial property Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of real estate matters Experience managing your own caseload with minimal supervision Commercially aware with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach Excellent communication skills with the ability to build client relationships Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities A proactive and collaborative team player
